On Wednesday 19 May some of our Year 5 and 6 studentsÌýattended theÌýIPSHA Performing Arts Festival held atÌýPenrhosÌý°ä´Ç±ô±ô±ð²µ±ðÌýand presented a song and danceÌýrepresenting our gratitude and thanks for all the good in our lives. Gratitude allows us to pause,Ìýnotice and appreciate the things that we often take for granted.ÌýÌý

The students sang a song calledÌýTodahÌýand danced to a fantastic medley of Queen songs,ÌýincludingÌýWe Will Rock You, Don’t StopÌýMeÌýNowÌýandÌýAnotherÌýOne Bites the Dust. The students performed remarkably well and were polished and slick! They enjoyed the time spent atÌýPenrhosÌýinteracting with the students from other schools in workshops and at mealtimes as well as watching their performances.Ìý

Our gratefulÌýthanksÌýgoÌýto Debbi Benn, to ourÌýupper school Music teacherÌýMrsÌýMarcia FisherÌýandÌýtoÌýchoreographer Morah Bonita, whoÌýcertainly prepared the students well, resulting in a brilliant performance of song and dance.Ìý
