For anyone considering relocation, the cost of living and education are primary considerations. Whilst there are other larger cities in Australia, they are considerably more expensive than Perth both in relation to house and education prices.听

Families relocating from outside of Western Australia may be eligible for a transitional allowance that waives school fees for a short period of time to assist with getting settled into Perth. More information on this allowance is available by contacting us.

As at 6 October 2020, the cost of living in Sydney is estimated at 27% more than Perth and the cost of living in Melbourne is 6% more than Perth (see for more detail).
