Shiri spoke about miracles and Chanukah for her Bat Mitzvah Dvar Torah, which is rather apt seeing as Shiri herself likes to photograph the miracles of nature with her camera.

In her spare time, Shiri likes to take care of her cats, Terra and Bixy, and, like a true Carmel kid, has devoured all of the Harry Potter books with gusto!

Shiri is excited to study media next year with Mr Duthie and to meet all the teachers at Carmel High School. 听Shiri says that her greatest achievement thus far is winning the 鈥榖est and fairest鈥� award in Netball.

Shiri, you are the best and fairest not just in netball but in everything you do! And we are so very proud! Mazal tov and keep up the nachas!
